Ingês no Kubico is an English training course project which offers three different levels of language proficiency: Basic Level, Elementary Level and Intermediate Level.
The course is free and focus on learning and improving the speaking and writing communication skills. You don't need to pay for the lessons and all its supporting materials: activities, ESL listenings, podcasts, music, chat, forums, discussions, etc. You only have to pay for the Certificate once you are done with the free course.
There's a Certificate for each course level: Basic Level Certificate (BLC), Elementary Level Certificate (ELC) and Intermediate Level Certificte (ILC). You can order a Certificate as soon as you finish the respective level.
To get the Certificate, you will be submitted to a test in accordance with the level. The test will dictate how much English (Speaking, Writing, Grammar & Vocabulary) you master.
A. BASIC LEVEL
The following below is a description of what Basic English level can produce:
Can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type. Can introduce him/herself and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where he/she lives, people he/she knows and things he/she has. Can interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.
B. ELEMENTARY LEVEL
The following below is a description of what Elementary English level can produce:
Can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment). Can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters. Can describe in simple terms aspects of his/her background, immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need.
C. INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
The following below is a description of what Intermediate English level can produce:
Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc. Can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken. Can produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes & ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.
Productive skills refer to the skills that enable learners to produce language in written or spoken forms (i.e. speaking and writing).
Productive language skills, speaking and writing, are important because they are the observable evidence of language acquisition. The more the speaker or the writer produces appropriate and coherent language the more we have proof of the progress in the learner’s language system.
Teaching productive skills is also important because written and spoken communication are basic life skills. In real life, people generally may need to inform, convince or share ideas. They are also sometimes required to take notes, fill in forms, and write emails, letters, reports or stories.

Certificates are granted by LocalExperts and are intended for your professional and personal development. There's a Certificate for each English level. After you are done with the course (Basic, Elementary or Intermediate), you can order your certificate
HOW TO GET IT
In order to get the course Certificate, you need to order it by clicking on Get Certificate option on the three dots menu (recommended) or sending an email to frontend.english@gmail.com. You need to specify the Certificate level. You will then be submitted to an English test according to the level you specified.
Important: lessons are free; Certificates are paid. You will only be submitted to the test to get the English level Certificate after confirmation of your payment.
